Employee Spotlight – Sn SO Guzman Tuesday, 08 November 2022   E M P L O Y E E    S P O T L I G H T  S N    S E C U R I T Y    O F F I C E R    J O S E    G U Z M A N  Guardian Protection Force is very pleased to announce this month’s Employee Spotlight nominee, recently promoted, Senior Security Officer Jose Guzman. Over the last eight months Mr. Guzman has proven to be a stellar Security Professional and a true team player. Starting in March of this year he has shown exemplary skill when it comes to customer service and professionalism as a Security Officer. As an Unarmed Security officer his commitment to his job and willingness to pick up extra shifts or stay after hours are a credit to him and GPF. When we asked Sn.SO Guzman what motivates him to do his job well, he responded, “My greatest motivation is to grow in the industry. I believe that having good references is almost necessary to do so. Therefore, I strive everyday to do my job well.”  Next we asked him about his overall goals in the security industry, and he stated, “I want to learn as much as possible and gain as many skills as possible. I want to advance in the industry and not be stuck in the same spot years down the road.”  Lastly, we asked Senior Security Officer Guzman, what advice he would give someone just entering the Private Security Field. Here’s what he said; “Make an effort every day, apply discipline every day in everything you do, keep in the habit of being responsible.”  Congratulations again Sn.
