On Thursday\, June 25\, join us for a fun\, active\, and engaging workshop that combines physical skills\, safety awareness\, and confidence-building in a ninja-themed environment for kids ages 5-12. \nThis year\, we are offering two age-specific sessions so children can participate in a group that better fits their age\, energy level\, and developmental stage. \nKids ages 5-8 will attend from 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM\, and kids ages 9-12 will attend from 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM.\nEach 45-minute session will include warm-ups\, agility drills\, situational awareness games\, basic self-defense movement\, teamwork\, and a fun Ninja Mission Challenge. \nChildren will learn and move through a structured\, encouraging experience built around the “Ninja Code” – Respect\, Awareness\, and Agility. The event is designed to help kids build confidence\, body awareness\, coordination\, and safety-minded habits while having fun in a positive\, family-friendly setting. \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Choose Your Age-Specific Session\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Each Session's schedule Will Include:\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n					\n					\n						\n						\n							\n								\n								Welcome & Warm-Up (5 mins) \n								\n							\n							\nGreet attendees\, explain the event\, and introduce the “Ninja Code” - Respect\, Awareness\, and Agility. Quick group warm-up with jumping jacks\, arm circles\, and stretches. \n\n\n							\n						\n					\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n					\n					\n						\n						\n							\n								\n								Stealth & Agility Drills (10 mins) \n								\n							\n							Obstacle course activities using cones\, ropes\, chairs\, or rings. Emphasis on quiet movement\, balance\, body control\, “Silent Shadows\,” and “Cat Steps.”\n\n							\n						\n					\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n					\n					\n						\n						\n							\n								\n								Situational Awareness Game (8 mins) \n								\n							\n							“Ninja Freeze” game where kids follow stealthily and freeze when the instructor turns around. Quick discussion on observing surroundings and what to do if they feel unsafe.\n\n							\n						\n					\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n					\n					\n						\n						\n							\n								\n								Basic Self-Defense & Movement (12 mins) \n								\n							\n							Simple\, safe movement skills including breakaway from wrist grab\, balance techniques\, voice confidence\, and “Ninja Power Stance.” Emphasis on using skills only for safety.\n\n							\n						\n					\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n				\n					\n					\n						\n						\n							\n								\n								Ninja Mission Challenge (7 mins) \n								\n							\n							\nA short mission combining movement\, teamwork\, and problem-solving. In 2010 Garrett founded Guardian Protection Force with the strategic goal of specializing in executive protection\, utilizing his skills learned in the field from prior employments. He currently serves as President and Founder of Guardian Protection Force Inc.\, an armed security and executive protection company\, specializing in “Comprehensive Security Through Intelligence.” \nGarrett is especially proud of his certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
