A Detailed How-To on Applying with Guardian Protection Force Inc., Monday, 08 April 2019   If you are interested in applying with Guardian Protection Force Inc., take a look through this blog to better prepare yourself for the application process at Guardian.   The application process at Guardian Protection Force Inc., has 4 steps: the inquiry, telephone screening, preliminary interview, secondary interview, and this may all lead up to a potential job offer. We will go through each one to breakdown what you can expect when applying with us.      The Inquiry However you find out about Guardian, be it through word of mouth, Internet search, social media, etc., the first step you must take to begin your application process is to submit an inquiry online here. This is the quickest and easiest form the applicant must provide. This includes: name, phone number, e-mail address, licenses, and any other miscellaneous additional information. After this is submitted, our recruitment team will contact you within 48 hours of when the inquiry form was received.   The Telephone Screening Once our recruitment team has received your inquiry, we have 48 hours to contact you to complete a telephone screening over the phone. You can think of this as a short 5-10 minute mini phone interview. You may be asked how you heard about Guardian, your availability, and much more. If all goes well, we would contact you again to schedule a preliminary interview.   The Preliminary Interview To prepare for this interview, take a look at our blog on “How to Apply for a Security Officer Position”. This interview is Human Resources related in that availability will be reviewed again and you may be asked if you would be willing to sign certain company agreements, etc. If all goes well here, we would contact you again to schedule a secondary interview.   The Secondary Interview This interview is completed by a member of our Operations team. Therefore, this interview is Operations and field related in that you may be asked what equipment you can provide yourself with and how you may react to certain on-the-job scenarios. If all goes well here, we would contact you one final time.   Potential JOB OFFER! If you make it through every other stage in the application process, someone from our team would contact you to discuss a potential job offer! As nerve wracking as it may be, please wait for a call back from a representative. We have have to process other applications before determining whom to call.   As always, we are here to help! Please call our office at (866) 921-9484 if you have any questions before, during, or after the application process.   Just in Case URLs: https://www.gpfsecuritycorp.com/apply-here, https://www.gpfsecuritycorp.com/blog/item/228-how-to-apply-for-a-security-officer-position Last modified Monday, 08 April 2019 Previous item Next item
