Employment Opportunities in the Bay Area, Stockton, and Greater Sacramento
Armed Security Officers
Prevent crime and protect property with armed patrols and vigilant monitoring. Enforce rules, respond to incidents, and maintain detailed reports. Requires BSIS Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, strong situational awareness, and professionalism.
Unarmed Security Guards
Monitor and patrol sites to prevent theft and ensure safety without carrying firearms. Enforce rules, respond to incidents, and write detailed reports. Requires BSIS Guard Card, strong observation skills, clear communication, and professionalism.
Patrol Officers
Monitor and patrol premises to prevent theft and ensure safety. Respond to alarms, escort individuals, and enforce rules with professionalism. Write reports on incidents and inspections. Requires active BSIS Guard Card, firearm, and baton permits.
Personal Protection Officers
Provide executive protection and bodyguard services with discretion and skill. Perform threat assessments, advance planning, and secure transport. Requires protective ops experience, high composure, and relevant training or military background.
Security Consultants
Assess client sites and operations to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety. Develop tailored security plans, conduct risk assessments, and advise on protocols. Requires industry expertise, strong analysis skills, and clear communication.
Dispatch & Communications Personnel
Coordinate security operations by dispatching officers and monitoring communications. Track incidents, maintain logs, and relay critical updates clearly. Requires multitasking skills, calm under pressure, and excellent verbal communication.
Field Supervisors
Oversee security teams in the field, ensuring posts are staffed and protocols followed. Conduct site inspections, support officers, and address client needs. Requires leadership skills, security experience, and effective problem-solving abilities.
