Did you know that at Guardian Protection Force Inc., one way we began to appreciate our employees is by creating our Employee Rewards Ticket Program?

 

 
What is a Rewards Ticket Program?
The Rewards Ticket Program is an incentive and a way to reward employees who go above and beyond for the company.

 

 
How can an employee earn Rewards Tickets?
Rewards Tickets are earned in many ways. The most common example would be issuing an employee 2 rewards tickets for volunteering to pick up an extra shift outside of their normal scheduled shifts. This employee not only gets extra hours but also gets a chance to earn the most tickets among their fellow employees. Other ways to receive tickets could be writing an outstanding report on site, participating at trainings, handling a difficult situation with excellent professionalism, and much more. This program increases moral and starts a friendly competition between our officers.

 

 
Is there a winner?
At the beginning of each new calendar year, all employee’s tallies are erased and set to zero. Unfortunately, the new hires that come along throughout the year do not get the benefit of having all year to rack up tickets. These tickets are created and put into a jar. At the end of the year, the employee with the most rewards tickets has a better chance of being chosen when our admin team randomly picks one ticket from the jar. Whichever lucky employee that is will receive a grand prize!
