Ashlee Cervantes Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Protection Force with 15+ years of experience leading both the physical and strategic sides of security. An MBA graduate of UC Davis, Ashlee oversees day-to-day operations, long-term strategic planning, and innovation initiatives, guiding GPF’s teams to deliver high-impact, standards-driven results.
She is also the Founder of Guardian Secure Solutions, a tech-centric Security Operations Center that has integrated advanced technologies for dozens of private security providers across California.
Recognized for thought leadership in workplace violence prevention and security consulting for complex environments, and just named to the Sacramento Business Journal’s 2025 “40 Under 40” list, Ashlee also champions diversity and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated industry while serving as Vice President of CALSAGA. Her mission is to provide high-caliber, responsive, and ethical security solutions that uplift and protect communities across California and beyond.
