January 26, 2019

From the Desk of Our Executive Director Saturday, 26 January 2019   Dear Valued Team Members, Clients and Community,   As I sit down to re-introduce myself in my newest role here at Guardian Protection Force (GPF) I can’t help but take a moment and recognize what a humbling honor this opportunity is. I am so incredibly thankful to have spent the past eight years with a community of such driven talented security professionals. Each of whom contribute to this company that serves such a purposeful mission, to secure our communities with the highest attention to detail and service.    So, officially, I’d love to introduce myself; My name is Ashlee Cervantes, and I have stepped into the role of Executive Director of Operations as of January, 2019.   Prior to this new role, over the years I served in many different capacities within GPF including: Human Resources, Accounting, and Business Development. While I look forward to what 2019 has to offer in the way of growth and opportunity it is evident that we face critical and challenging demands on the security industry and business environment.    As an Executive Director of Operations, my main responsibilities include oversight of Business Development, Security Operations and our Intelligence/Executive Protection departments.     I have set lofty goals for myself and for our comprehensive administrative team in 2019. Some of these goals include: better integration of our administrative staff with our security operations department, stepping up our social media and marketing footprint in each of the markets we aim to serve, and improving our systems usage for optimal efficiency. I am excited for this opportunity to utilize my leadership and organizational skills to serve our company and community at large.   As a company we’ve set some substantial goals for 2019 as well. Here are a few of my favorites:     1. Company Theme, “Advancement”.  2. Renewed 80% Security Officer Retention Rates. 3. Growth of Employee Benefits Package.    I am confident we will achieve each of these goals and more in the year to come. I am proud to lead this company along side three other incredibly driven and talented directors and have no doubts that we will continue to stand out amongst our security competitors as the top choice for armed security services and executive protection.   I am thankful and eager to be apart of a rapidly growing team that always strives to put their best foot forward and who truly are the best of our industry.         Looking forward to great things to come,      Ashlee Cervantes Executive Director Guardian Protection Force Inc.,  Last modified Saturday, 26 January 2019 Previous item Next item
