Our Employee Review Process

At Guardian Protection Force Inc., we strive to help our staff succeed in any way that we can.

With new employees at GPF, once they have worked 480 hours from their hire date, they will be scheduled for their first employee review.

After that, the next employee review they would receive would be annually, during the month of their hire date. Also know as their hire anniversary, or as we like to call it, their “Hire-Aversary”.

Besides the 480 Hour Review and the Annual Review, GPF also schedules Mid-Review check ins that can happen in between Annual Reviews. This assists the employee in meeting their goals before their next review.
